I’m Muslim, so its OK to be Drug Dealer
In Australia, a Muslim man tried to play on the mercy of the court to get out of drug trafficing charge. Bilal “Bobby” Vagh said that because he was an innocent little Muslim that knew nothing of the world around. Fortunately, the court had some common sense to uphold his six year sentence for dealing in speed, LSD and ecstasy.
What didn’t wash with me is the fact this guy lived almost all of twenty two years in a western culture. Admittedly his strict Muslim upbringing may have partially shielded him and made ”Bobby” vulnerable.
Isn’t one of main tenants of Islam that the use of drugs is one of biggest sins? Aren’t cabbies in the US refusing to pick up people who have alcohol in their bags? Sorry Bobby, but your argument doesn’t was for someone who has a ’strict Muslim upbringing’ and whose ’father lectured in Islamic studies.’

Need a Car? Rent an Armored H2
DFW Elite Auto Rental.com in Texas now lets you rent an armored 2006 Hummer H2. That right, your personal safety is number one when you need to go to the prom. You never know when one of those corsages maybe actually be an IED. Or there maybe a terrorist hiding behind your punch bowl.
I love this line in this press release:
“Personal safety has become one of the main issues people are concerned with today,” Sturgeon says. “It used to be that armored cars were only used for military purposes or for transporting valuables. But today, people are relying on them more and more for basic transportation.”
I’m sorry but unless your a diplomat, going into a disaster zone, or the mayor of Boston running from Mooninites what do you have to rent an armored anything?
