Chad for Council Bumber Sticker Ideas
Chad Quigley recently announced his candidacy for signatures to run for the Toledo City council. Here a are few ideas I can up with:

By now everyone has read the story “Man Beats ***** to Death Because He Thought it was a Vampire” The guy who killed the ***** and said the bird was a vampire had been diagnosed a schizophrenic several months earlier. He was treated at South Beach Psychiatric Center last fall but has since gone off his medication.
My Comments:
This is a post I did. A man beat a peacock to death and then later went to his parents house. What he went over there for is not stated. We do know that this guy picked up a shovel someplace and was threaten at least his parents with it. Later he left and then jumped into a lake or some other body of water.
At first I cracked a joke about him and his shirt because the original article only mentioned that was acting crazy and was arrest with some marijuana. Then I found out later that this guy was off his medication and was self-medicating.
So I want to say that I’m sorry that this guy has this medical condition. But, the hospital he was at determined that he was sane enough to take care of himself. He also had a support system with his parents. He choose to stop taking his medication. Though schizophrenia may make you want to do crazy things your are still in some control of your facilities.
This guy may might deserve all the jeering he’s getting on Digg, he was in large part at fault for what he did.
